• Rights to come, visit and stay at Monte Lauro Vineards and Monte Lauro Network participating facilities at zero cost for your first trip up to seven days and at very attractive rates thereafter, subject to availability
• Participation in Monte Lauro-programs including wine tasting, wine blending, vineyard management, regional tours, archeological programs, cooking classes and a myriad of other programs below market costs
• A case of wine produced by the vineyard for each year of the three-year micro-lease, with your own self-produced label if desired (if shipping is desired then shipping costs are extra) or 100 euros credit towards visits at the vineyard
• Rights to exchange membership rights with other vineyard properties as they are developed.  Currently negotiating with other Langue d'oc vineyards, a Tuscan vineyard and a New York property
• Rights to buy one, one-year gift membership for each year of the Micro-Lease at a cost of $600 per gift.
• Rights to buy select wines imported by Marco Polo at exclusive price.

Non-Active Membership entitles non-active members to:

• Rights to book, come and stay at  Monte Lauro Vineyards and Monte Lauro Network participant’s facilities at Non-Active member rates subject to availability
• Rights to participate in Monte Lauro programs including wine tasting, wine blending, vineyard management, regional tours, archeological programs, cooking classes and a myriad of other programs at Non-Active member rates.
• Active Membership is maintained for as long as a Micro-Leaseholder holds a current Micro-Lease certificate, is up-to-date on any payments, and is in good standing.  
• Micro-Lease membership begins upon a choice by the Micro-Leaseholder or on the date of signature of the Micro-Lease agreement, whichever is elected in writing by the member in the first three months of ownership, the date of signature being the default date if no other date is elected.  The term runs for three years unless otherwise stipulated from whichever date is germane.
• Membership as a Micro-Leaseholder can be renewed at the original purchase price prior to their expiry for as long as Monte Lauro Vineyards continues operations at Montlaur.
• Non-Active Membership begins upon the expiry of the member's Micro-Lease Agreement, without renewal, on the anniversary date of its signing.
